摘要
流程银行的信贷业务流程就是以客户为中心,以市场为导向,强调信贷内部业务条线的系统营销、管理和核算。文章就城市商业银行信贷业务流程的现状、再造的方法和内容进行了分析,旨在提高城市商业银行信贷业务的服务质量和效率,提高城市商业银行的核心竞争力。
The process of loan business in processing bank is the intra-system marketing, management and accounting which is customer-oriented and market-oriented. This paper analyzes the sistuation and content of the loan buiness of the city bank, and then proposes the suggestions for the improment of services and effciency of the commercial bank and its key competitiveness.
