摘要
石油企业各层次科技人才数量变化具有无后效性特点,可以采用马尔可夫链对其变动趋势进行预测.根据马尔可夫链的基本原理,建立石油企业科技人才数量预测模型,确定转移概率矩阵,并对某石油企业2008～2010年各类科技人员数量进行预测.
According to the characteristic of Markov property in the numerical change of all levels of technical personnel of petroleum enterprises,this paper predicts the numerical change trend of technical personnel.Based on the keystone of Markov Chain,the paper sets up the prediction model for technical personnel of petroleum enterprises,and predicts the technical personnel number of 2008-2010 of certain petroleum enterprises.
