摘要
目的探讨颌下型的舌下腺囊肿临床特点及治疗。方法回顾性分析35例颌下型舌下腺囊肿诊治的的临床资料。结果随访3～4年,31例颌下型舌下腺囊肿均行手术治愈,复发4例。结论炎症是颌下型舌下腺囊肿形成的主要原因。舌下腺及其囊肿一并切除是最有效的治疗方法。
Objective To explore and lower jaw of the clinical features and treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of 35 cases and lower jaw sublingual gland cyst diagnosis and treatment of the clinical data.Results Of follow-up of three to four years,31 cases of lower jaw cysts are sublingual gland surgery cured,four cases of recurrence.Conclusion Inflammation of the lower jaw sublingual gland cyst formation of the main reasons.Sublingual gland be removed and the cyst is the most effective treatment methods.
