介绍了测量杆塔接地电阻的新概念，发现杆塔接地系统中的薄弱环节，并提出了实际处理办法。
The new concept of measurement of earthing resistance of towers is introduced and the weak points of grounding system of towers are fourd. It also proposes the actual treatment.
