原发性高血压患者血尿酸与大动脉硬化的相关性及其性别差异 被引量:5

摘要 【目的】研究在原发性高血压病人中,血尿酸与大动脉硬化的关系及其性别差异。【方法】对120例原发性高血压患者及130名健康人分别检测其脉搏波传导速度(PWV)、动态血压、血尿酸、低密度脂蛋白等,对血尿酸与PWV之间的相关性进行分析,对PWV的影响因子进行筛选。【结果】观察组PWV、24h平均血压、血尿酸显著高于对照组(P<0.01);在高血压患者中,血尿酸与PWV呈显著正相关(r=0.295,P=0.013,n=120);PWV在女性高血压病人中与血尿酸呈独立正相关。【结论】血尿酸在高血压病人中对大动脉硬化的影响是显著的,尤其是女性患者。 [Objective]To study the relationship between serum uric acid and aortic stiffness in patients with essential hypertension and its sexual difference. [Methods]A total of 120 cases with essential hypertension and 130 normal healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. Pulse wave velocity (PWV), 24h blood pressure (BP), serum uric acid and low density lipoprotein (LDL) were examined. [Results]PWV, 24hBP, serum uric acid and LDL in essential hypertension group were significantly higher than those on the normal control groups(P〈0. 01). PWV was significantly correlated with serum uric acid in all participants with hyperten sion. PWV was significantly and independently associated with serum uric acid in female group with hypertension. [Conclusion]The effect of uric acid on aortic stiffness is more pronounced on patients with hypertension, especially in female patients.
