摘要
以聚醚酰亚胺为膜材料,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮为添加剂,水为凝胶浴,采用浸入沉淀相转化法制备平板超滤膜.采用浊点滴定法,考察了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮添加剂对PEI/DMAc/H2O相图的影响,发现PVP的加入使溶液的均相区增大,发生相分离所需的水量减少,它的加入促进了溶液的相分离.随着铸膜液中PVP含量的增加,膜由指状结构逐渐转变为海绵状结构,膜对牛血清蛋白(BSA)的截留率从84.5%增大到99.1%,纯水通量从473 L/(m2.h)降到了134 L/(m2.h).
Flat ultra-filtration (UF) membranes were prepared by the dry/wet phase inversion method with polyetherimide (PEI) as a membrane forming material, N, N - dimethyl - acetamide (DMAc) as a solvent, PVP as a polymeric additive, and water as a coagulant. By the way of cloud - point titration, the effect of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) additive on PEI/DMAc/H2O equilibrium behavior was studied. The results showed that the homogeneous field of solution increased, the water demand for phase separation decreased and phase separation was accelerated because of the addition of PVP. The effects of PVP content in casting solution on the structures and performances of UF membranes were investigated. It was found that as the increase of PVP content, the cross - section structure of membrane changed from fingerlike to sponge like gradually, the bovine serum albumin (BSA) rejection increased from 84.5% to 99.1%, and the pure water flux decreased from 473 L/(m^2·h) to 134 L/(m^2·h).
