摘要
目的:探讨熊去氧胆酸(优思弗)治疗淤胆型肝炎的疗效。方法:对86例淤胆型肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组42例用优思弗250 mg,口服,1日3次。加用综合性保肝治疗(肌苷、甘力欣、维生素C等),对照组44例用综合性保肝治疗,两组患者治疗4周为1疗程,共观察3个疗程。结果:治疗组显效26例,有效15例,无效1例,总有效率97.6%,对照组显效18例,有效17例,无效9例,总有效率79.5%,两组比较差异有显著性P<0.05。4周内TBil恢复正常者,治疗组为16.7%,对照组为6.9%,8周内TBil恢复正常者,治疗组90.5%,对照组63.6%,12周内TBil未恢复正常者,治疗组9.5%,对照组36.4%。结论:优思弗治疗淤胆型肝炎疗效好。
Objective：To investigate the curative effect of ursodeoxycholic acid capsule for the treatment of cholestatic hepatitis. Methods：86 patients with cholestatic hepatitis were randomized into the treatment group and control group.The liver-protective complex treatment was used in both groups, besides this, the treatment group was added with ursodeoxycholic acid capsule 250 g three times daily. One course of treatment was 4 weeks,and three treatment courses were observed in two groups.Results：In the treatment group,26 cases were significantly effective, 15 cases effective and one case ineffective,with a total effective rate of 97.6% ;in the control group, 18 cases were significantly effective,17 cases effective and 9 cases ineffective,with a total effective rate of 79.5% ;the difference between two groups was significant （P〈0.05）.The percentage of those patients whose TBil returned to normal in 4 weeks was 16.7% for the treatment and 6.9% for the control group,of those in 8 weeks 90.5% for the treatment group and 63.6% for the control group,of those not returning to normal in 12 weeks,9.3% for the treatment group and 36.4% for the control group.Conclusion：The curaitve effect of ursodeoxycholic acid capsule for cholestatic is good.
