摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定清热祛湿颗粒中绿原酸的含量。方法:用50%甲醇提取,AgilentC18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250mm,10μm)为固定相,乙腈-0.4%磷酸(8∶92)为流动相,检测波长327 nm。结果:绿原酸在进样量0.0825~0.4949μg范围,其浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.25%(RSD=1.3%)。结论:该方法能消除其他成分的干扰,准确可靠,重现性好,操作简便快捷,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a determining method for chlorogenic acid in qingrequshi granules by HPLC. Methods: hlorogenic acid was extracted from qingrequshi granules by 50% methanol. Agilent C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 10 μm) as stationary phase, acetonitrile-4% phosphoric acid solution(8:92) as mobile phase,the wavelength of detection was at 327 nm.Results:The calibration curve showed good linearity(r=0.9999) within the range of 0.0825-0.4949 μg,the average recovery was 100.25% with RSD=1.3%.Conclusion: The interference of other components can be eliminated by this method,which is accurate,precise and simple and can be availble for the quality control of qingrequshi granules.
