摘要
通过霍布金森杆冲击试验,研究将修改后的Liu与Subhash关于聚合物泡沫的本构模型应用于泡沫铝材料的可行性,对不同相对密度下的材料模型参数进行拟合,并研究参数变化对应力应变关系的影响。结果显示:该本构模型可以应用于泡沫铝材料模型的研究;材料相对密度和模型参数变化对应力应变关系影响比较大;拟合曲线和试验曲线基本吻合,拟合得到的参数值对工程具有一定的参考价值。
By Hopkinson bar impact test, the feasibility study on application of constitutive model about polymeric foams proposed by Liu and Subhash are modified to Aluminum Foams is presented. The parameter values of this model for different relative densities are fit. In addition, the influence of parameter variety on stress and strain relationship is studied. It is showed that this constitutive model can be applied to material model study of aluminum foams; the variety influence of relative density and model parameter on stress and strain relationship is more large; Fitting curve is very accord to test curve and the parameter values by fitting has some reference to project.
