摘要
对西宁市五月份上市的12种蔬菜中粗纤维和矿物质含量的测定结果:菠菜粗纤维含量适中,富含 Ca、P、K 和 Fe。
The crude fibre and mineral content of 12 vegetable have been analysed in xining market at May.The results showed:The crude fibre content of spinash was medium,the conteut of Calcium, Phosphous,Kalium and Ferrum was rich.
