An Experimental Study of High-Performance Concrete

摘要 本文在优选高性能砼配比参数的基础上,研究了新拌高性能砍的部分性质及硬化后砼的力学性能.用较少的水泥用量,普通砂、碎石,采用双掺技术(高效复合减水剂,磨细粉煤灰PFA)可配制出高强高流态(坍落度23cm),坍落度损失小的C80~C90级高性能殖;三掺技术可配制出坍落度18cm的C90高强高性能砼.同时就有效控制高性能砼坍落度经时损失及高性能磁强度经验公式、弹性模量、泊松比、干缩和尺寸效应等进行了探讨. 篒n this paper,based on the optimal selecting of the mixproportions of HPC parameters,some properties of the fresh HPC and mechanical prdperties of the hardened HPC are studied. With a little dosage of cement,common sand and crushed limestone,by means of bimixture technology (Compound highrange water reducer with PFA),C80~C90 HPC with both high strength and flowing(Whose slump is 23cm,while its slump loss is small)has been steadily obtained; As a result of the trimixture technology (PFA, Silica fume, SP),C90Super high strength HPC has been achieved,of which the slump is 18 cm,At the same time,an investigation has been made into the efficient way of controlling the loss of slump of the fresh HPC, uniform maths expressios of HPC, among strenth, elastic modulus, poisson's ratio, drying shrinkage and the size effect of the HPC.
