摘要
将蔗渣纤维素与碱作用后,分别与丙烯酰胺、乙二胺、EDTA、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵进行接枝共聚反应,然后在碱性条件下与二硫化碳作用可得兼具氮、硫元素的改性蔗渣纤维素水处理剂MFCS.该类水处理剂对重金属离子有良好的吸附作用,对电镀废水中的重金属离子脱除率可达95%以上.
Sugarcane Bagasse cellulose was treated by alkalization, then graft copolymerization of acrylamide, ethylenediamine, endrate disodium, dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride was respectively put to alkli-celluse for reaction. After that, cellulose water treatment chemicals containing sulfur and nitrogen were synthesized by the graft copotymer reacting with carbon disulfide. The absorption properties of the absorbents for heavy metal ions were studied. It was found that the water treatment chemicals containing sulfur and nitrogen possessed high capacities for heavy metal ions. The electroplates waste water removal of heavy metal ions in the rate can reach more than 95 percent.
