Analysis on Reconstruction of Passive Energy Efficiency for Existing Buildings

摘要 以山东大学某公共建筑为对象,以《公共建筑节能设计标准》为依据,并借鉴瑞典在进行既有建筑节能改造的成功技术和经验,对济南某建筑进行了被动节能改造设计。针对不同的节能技术改造方案所带来的节能效益进行了对比,给出了采用不同被动节能技术对既有建筑改造的初投资及其回收期的经济分析,对推动既有建筑节能改造具有借鉴作用。 An existing public building located in Jinan has been re-designed according to the national energy efficiency standard. The successful technology and experience of energy efficciency for existing building reconstruction in Sweden were used for reference in the design process of this building, and the reconstruction design of passive energy efficiency for an existing building in Jinan was carried out. Different approaches adopted in this project were compared, and economical efficiency for investment and economic benefit of energy effwiency reconstrnction for the building were analyzed, which will be useful to the energy efficiency reconstruction for the existing public buildings in China.
