摘要
对重庆某高校办公建筑进行了实测和模拟分析,发现其存在节能潜力。对影响办公建筑能耗的因素进行了模拟分析,用正交实验和方差分析的方法分析发现,建筑窗墙比和室内设定温度对建筑能耗的影响非常显著。根据重庆市的办公建筑和气候特征,分别从节能技术和政策管理等方面提出了有针对性的节能策略。
An office building of a university in Chongqing was studied, and the encrgy efficiency potential of the building was found. The impart factors on energy consumption of tbe office building was simulated. The orthogonal experimental methods and variance analysis were applied, and the results show that the impact of the area ratio of window to wall and the indoor setting temperature on building energy consumption is very significant. Finally, according to the characteristics of office buildings and climate in Chongqing, the targeted energy efficiency strategy was praposed from the aspects of energy efficiency technologies and policy management.
