摘要
通过分析供应商的供应能力、信誉度、价格等因素,采用层次分析法,建立评价层次结构框架,通过专家给出各要素的标度矩阵,计算出各因素的单层权重和合成权重,进而得出各供应商的评价总分,根据各供应商得分高低排序,依次作为图书供应商的选择对象。
This paper gives a model for evaluating book suppliers based on AHP. This model first establishes an evaluation framework by the analysis of book suppliers' supply capacity, their credibility, and their price. The Scaling Matrix of these factors is then given by experts. The single-weight and synthesis weight of these factors will be calculated next and the evaluation scores of the book suppliers are finally reached. These scores will be ranked and become the basis for selecting book suppliers.
