摘要
测定了牛膝菊茎叶浸提液对白菜、萝卜、生菜和油菜等4种蔬菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,牛膝菊浸提液对萝卜和油菜种子萌发与幼苗生长具有比较明显的抑制作用,其中质量浓度为80 g/L的牛膝菊浸提液抑制效应最强;对生菜种子的萌发和幼苗的生长总体上是10 g/L和20 g/L两个低质量浓度浸提液有促进作用,40 g/L和80 g/L两个高质量浓度浸提液具有抑制作用;对白菜种子的萌发和幼苗的生长总体上是呈不规律的促进作用,其中对苗高的促进作用4个浸提液浓度处理都达到了极显著水平。
The effects ot leaching liquor of Galinsoga parviflora Cav.Ic.et Descr. on seeds germination and seedling growth of four crops including Brassica pekinensis Rupr. , Raphanus sativus L. , Brassica sativus L., Lactuca sativa L. vat. romana Hort. and Brassica Chinensis L were studied. The main results were as follows: The leaching liquor of Galinsoga parviflora could remarkably inhibit the seed' s germination and seedling growth of Raphanus sativus and Brassica Chinensis, and the inhibition of 80 g/L leaching liquor of Galinsoga parviflora was the strongest. 10 g/L and 20 g/L leaching liquor of Galinsoga parviflora could accelerate the seed germination and seedling growth of Lactuca sativa vat. romana, while 40 g/L and 80 g/L leaching liquor of Galinsoga parviflora could inhibit the seed germination and seedling growth of Lactuca sativa var. romana. The leaching liquor of Galinsoga parviflora could irregularly accelerate the seed germination and seedling growth of Brassica pekinensis and the four concentrations of leaching liquor could significantly accelerate the growth of seedling height.
