摘要
借鉴行为研究的实证范式,以三家金融企业的网站资料为例研究了基于战略意图的企业公民行为。研究结果表明,企业公民行为作为一种隐性的战略,已成为许多大中型企业的战略行为之一。尽管不同企业采取了差异化的战略,但这些策略和行为均有助于提升企业的公众形象,将企业的战略目标与企业公民责任联系起来是提升企业竞争优势的重要策略和途径。
This article makes an analysis from the empirical study of paradigm, based on the content analysis of the three financial businesses on the website of ease material, based on the strategic intention of the acts of corporate citizenship. The results show that corporate citizenship acts as a hidden strategy of many large and medium-sized enterprises. They have become the strategic behaviors. Despite the different enterprises have adopted the strategy, but these Strategies and actions will help to enhance the public image of enterprises, enterprises with the strategic objectives of enterprises linked to civic responsibility, is to enhance the competitive advantages important strategies and approaches.
