摘要
电机定子电阻的变化会严重影响直接转矩控制(DTC)系统的低速性能。由于定子电阻的变化与端部绕组温度及其变化率的关系具有非线性、时变性等特点,因此难以建立精确的数学模型。介绍了一种基于模糊控制理论的定子电阻辨识和低通滤波补偿定子磁链的DTC交流电机调速系统,其结构简单,磁链观测准确。实验结果表明,该方法能够精确辨识定子电阻,从而准确观测磁链,有效地改善了DTC系统的低速性能。
The change of stator resistance of induction motor will greatly effect the performances of direct torque control system at low speeds.lt is hard to form an accurate math model, because the change of the resistance value is nonlinear and time-varying according to the terminal temperature of winding and the temperature variation,so this paper presents a kind of direct torque control with a stator resistance estimator based on fuzzy logic control and low-pass filter compensation for the stator flux of an AC motor speed-governing system.This control method is simple in construction and the stator flux accurately observed.The experimental results show that this method can precisely measure the value of resistances and accurately observe the stator flux, and efficiently improve the low-speed performance of direct torque control system.
