摘要
提出一种基于双目立体视觉技术检测螺旋锥齿轮齿面接触区的新方法。首先用两台经过标定的摄像机采集并计算出齿面接触区轮廓的三维坐标信息,然后运用图形变换原理,将三维空间中的齿面及接触区轮廓投影到螺旋锥齿轮的轴平面上,即可得到能用于定量分析的齿面接触区投影图。
A new method of detecting spiral bevel gear's contacting zone is presented based on the stereoscopic vision technology with double CCD. First, two calibrated cameras are used to collect and calculate the 3-D coordinate information of the contacting zone, then 3-D contours of the teeth surface and the contacting zone are projected to the spiral bevel gear's axial plane by using the graphic transformation principle, so the projection picture of contacting zone can be gained, by which the quantitative analysis of the contacting zone can be done.
