Synthesis of 1-Butyl-3-Methylimidazolium Tetrafluoroborate and Application in Replacement Reaction

摘要 采用溶剂法合成熔点在室温附近、使用温度区间宽、溶解范围广、既可作为溶剂又可作为催化剂的离子液体体系,主要由烷基取代的咪唑阳离子和含氟阴离子组成,并通过核磁、红外光谱等手段对其进行结构表征。将室温离子液体介质引入到制备叠氮化合物的亲核取代反应中,来对比考察新的反应介质对反应的影响。实验表明,亲核取代反应不仅速度快,而且反应操作简便,时间短,产物易于分离,且可以重复使用。另外还对离子液体中间体的最佳合成条件进行了探究。 Ionic liquids system is synthesized by solvent method, which can be used in wide temperature range and can dissolve in wide range and whose melting point is near room temperature. It can be used as solvent and catalyst. It is the system composed of fluoride anion and imidazole cation which is replaced by alkyl,and is characterized by means of nuclear magnetic resonance method and infrared spectrum. By introducing medium of room temperature ionic liquids in the nucleophilic substitution of preparation of diazoimido compounds,the effect of the new medium on reaction can be compared. The experiments show that nucleophilic substitution is fast and easy to operate. In addition, the product is easy to separate and can be reused. The best synthesized condition of midbody of ionic liquids is also discussed.
