摘要
钢轨铝热焊接技术已广泛地应用于行车轨道的焊接,用来消除由于轨道之间的缝隙而产生的行车轮轨严重冲击和过度磨耗,以及运行过程中产生的行车突然振动和轨道变形等问题。根据现场焊接施工经验,总结了从焊接接头外观、平直度及硬度进行检验行车轨道钢轨铝热焊接接头的方法与要求。
Alumino-thermit welding technology has been widely adopted in crane rail alumino-thermit welding to eliminate excessive impact and abrasive between rails and wheels, and reduce vibration and rail deforming during operation of the overhead crane which are caused by rail ,gap between crane rails. In this paper, inspection of crane rail alumino-thermit welding are discussed. The inspecting means and requirements of appearance, straightness and hardness are concluded from experience of local construction.
