摘要
文章研究了高纯锡分离基体富集杂质元素的方法,及采用ICP—MS测定杂质元素Pb的方法探索。通过氯化分离基体锡和以T1为内标,有效地克服了基体效应干扰。方法的检测限为0.05ng/mL;精密度为0.8%~1.1%;回收率在96%~104%范围之间。本法可满足99.999%以上高纯锡中杂质元素Pb测定的要求。
The paper is about a method of concentration of impurity Pb in high purity Tin by way of chlorination to separate the matrix and determination by ICP- MS. After separating matrix Tin by chlorination and using T1 as internal standard, the interference due to the effects of matrix can be corrected efficiently. The detection limit is 0.05 ng/mL;the RSD is 0.8% ~ 1.1% and the recovery of standard addition is 96% - 104%. The method can meet the need of determination of impurity Pb in high purity Tin above 99.999%.
