摘要
为了增加公交优先控制策略的多样性,面向无公交专用进口道的单个信号控制交叉口,在改进的双环相位结构下,设计了一种基于逻辑规则的单点公交优先控制策略,该逻辑规则包括优先请求产生规则、绿灯时间调整规则和半环间相位切换决策规则,优先请求产生规则可以生成延长归属相位绿灯时间或缩短归属相位红灯时间的优先请求,绿灯时间调整规则和半环间相位切换决策规则用以响应优先请求、延长或切断机动车相位的绿灯时间。利用Vissim建立仿真模型,对基于逻辑规则的单点公交优先控制策略和一种单点感应控制策略进行了测试。方差分析结果显示:与后者相比,前者能够显著降低优先公交车辆的平均等待时间;同时,二者产生的交叉口车均延误未见显著差异。
Isolated transit signal priority control strategy based on logic rule oriented to isolated signalized control intersections with no b-us-only lanes was developed based on an improved dualring phase structure including 8 vehicle phases and 4 pedestrian phases. The logic rules include rules for priority request generation, rules for green time adjustment and rules for barrier crossing. Priority requests for green extension or red truncation were generated by rules for priority request generation. Rules for green time adjustment and rules for barrier crossing were applied to serve the priority requests and to adjust green times for the vehicle phases. Simulation tests conducted by Vissim indicate that during periods with low to heavy traffic demand, compared with an actuated control strategy, the transit signal priority control strategy based on logic rule may significantly decrease average waiting time of the TSP-equipped buses, while no significant differences in average delay per vehicle for the intersection were observed between the two control strategies.
