摘要
通过在基本的倍流整流方式零电压开关PWM全桥三电平直流变换器的一次侧绕组中串联一个阻断电容,提出一种新型变换器.该变换器利用阻断电容的电压使一次侧电流在零状态时快速下降,不必要求变压器漏感极小;输出整流管能够自然换流,避免了反向恢复造成的电压振荡和电压尖峰.并分析变换器的工作原理,通过仿真实验验证该变换器的可行性.
A novel current-doubler-rectifier zero-voltage-switching pulse-width-modulation (PWM) full- bridge three-level direct current DC ) converter using a blocking capacitor in series with the primary winding is proposed in the paper. The primary current is reduced quickly by the voltage of the blocking capacitor. The converter hasn't strict requirement on the transformer leakage inductance. And the output rectifier diodes can commutate naturally, avoiding voltage oscillation and voltage spike caused by the reverse flow of primary current. The principle of the proposed converter is analyzed and the feasibility is verified by simulation experiment.
