应用跟骨解剖板治疗跟骨Sanders III、IV型骨折的疗效分析

摘要 目的探讨跟骨解剖板对SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的疗效。方法对20例28足SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折,采用跟骨解剖板加自体髂骨植骨进行复位内固定治疗。结果本组病例随访6-38个月,平均随访时间20.5个月。按M aryland足部评分标准评价,优9足,良13足,中4足,差2足,优良率78.5%。结论本方法治疗SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折复位满意,固定牢靠,术中自体髂骨植骨,术后早期关节功能锻炼,疗效肯定,是一种目前治疗SandersⅢ、Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的较好方法。
