摘要
目的探讨2种不同呼吸训练方法(缩唇腹式呼吸和阻力呼吸训练器)对慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)缓解期患者肺功能的影响,寻求最佳呼吸训练方法。方法选择60例轻中度COPD缓解期患者,随机分为对照组30例运用缩唇腹式呼吸,实验组30例运用阻力呼吸训练器,记录两组患者训练前、训练后6个月肺功能各项指标,比较两组肺功能改善情况。结果两组训练前肺功能各项指标相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);训练6个月后,两组除用力肺活量占预计值百分比(FVC%)外,其余各项指标(FEV1%、FEV1/FVC%)实验组均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论2种呼吸训练方法对COPD患者的肺功能均有改善,但6个月以上的阻力呼吸训练器训练能明显改善COPD患者缓解期的肺功能。
Objective To explore two methods of respiratory rehabilitation training in patients with COPD,and to compare the improvement of lung function parameter in order to select best rehabilitation training.Methods 60 mild to moderate COPD patients were divided randomly into two groups,contracted lips breath and abdominal breath were used in control group,pressure breathing trainer were used in test group.Lung function parameter before training was recorded and lung function 6 month after training were compared in two groups.Results There were no differences in lung function before training;6 month after training,FEV1% and FEV1/FVC% were higher in test group.Conclusion Lung function can be improved by two methods of respiratory rehabilitation training,but lung function is significantly improved after using pressure breathing trainer for 6 months.
