摘要
[目的]应用二氧化氯(ClO_2)消毒剂对坑道实施空气消毒,监测空气ClO_2浓度,为坑道空气消毒安全、有效及人员进驻提供保障。[方法]用气溶胶喷雾器按ClO_2 10mg/m^3使用量喷雾消毒,用撞击法和沉降法同时监测空气细菌总数及真菌数,并计算其杀菌率。同时用ClO_2监测仪监测其浓度,待降为0mg/m^3时,部队进入,观察机体反应。[结果]ClO_2消毒后30min,2种方法监测细菌杀菌率分别为93.78%及94.38%,真菌杀菌率分别为92.61%及91.88%。消毒后100min空气ClO_2浓度降为0.3mg/m^3,符合国家标准;2h后浓度降为0mg/m^3。消毒后ClO_2浓度为0mg/m^3的房间,32人经24h居住,除2人刚进入时有极轻微异味感觉外,其他人员均无刺激症状及异常感觉,随访3d也无不良反应。[结论] ClO_2对坑道空气消毒效果好。消毒后2h ClO_2浓度降为0mg/m^3,部队可安全进驻消毒后房间,对健康无影响。
[ Objective ] To evaluate the effect of air sterilization in tunnel with Chlorine diocide( ClO2 )for providing the medical support for persorinel assigned. [ Methods ] The air in a tunnel was sterilized by ClO2 aerosol sprayer in the dose of 10mg/m^3, then the total bacteria and fungal extinction rate were monitored and the ClO2 concenlration was measured with ClO2 monitoring device in the same time. When the ClO2 was fully degraded, personnel entered the tunnel and their reactions were Observed. [ Results ] Sterilized with ClO2 for 30min, bacterial sterilization rate were 93.78% by impact sampler and 94.38% by settlement sample respectively, while fumgal extinetion rate were 92.61% and 91.88% respeetivelyly. An average of one hour and forty minutes later, ClO2 concentration in air was 0.3 mg/m^3, tallied with the standard. ClO2 was degraded completely after 2h. [ Conclusion ] The result of ClO2 sterilization in the air of a tunnel was satisfatory. ClO2 is fully degradable after 2h. No adverse effects on health was observed.
