静脉留置针诱发血栓形成问题中的血液流变学因素 被引量：5

摘要 静脉留置针（intravenous catheter）又称套管针，作为头皮针的换代产品，以其操作简单、套管柔软、可在静脉内留置时间长且不易穿破血管壁等优点，被广泛应用于临床。其主要并发症有静脉炎、静脉血栓、液体渗漏、导管堵塞等。其中，静脉血栓是最严重并发症之一，发生率5．5％～77．5％。研究表明，并发症的发生与血液流变学改变有关，本文对此做一综述。
