摘要
针对乳品科学与技术精品课建设的主要问题,从课程特色、教学方法和手段、网络教学环境等方面,综述课程建设的基本内容,探讨了课程改革的方法和途径。
This article focuses on the problems in the constructing of dairy science and technology. The innovating methods are discussed through considering feature, method, means and electronic resources of dairy science and technology.
