摘要
采用自行开发的历代医案数据库,总结《临证指南医案》疟疾辨治特色。其所载疟疾医案症状以脾胃症状及全身症状较为突出;病因病机强调湿热,认为疟疾是一种虚实夹杂的疾病,脾胃虚弱是其发病的重要内因,在此基础上感受外邪,引起痰湿内结、中焦气滞而出现一系列临床表现;治疗重视扶正,常用温补法;方药主要以半夏泻心汤加减。体现了叶天士别具一格的治疗思路,为临床疟疾的治疗提供借鉴思路。
This article summarized the characteristics of syndrome differentiation and treatment of malaria in Medical Records for Clinical Guidance. It is concluded that malaria is present with some clinical symptoms concerning the spleen and stomach; that it relates to dampness and heat in pathogenesis on the basis of weak spleen and stomach; that its treatment focuses on warming and reinforcing therapies by ＂Banxia Xiexin Decoction＂.
