摘要
目的观察益气活血通络汤治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法选择慢性肾功能不全患者60例,随机分为两组,治疗组29例服用益气活血通络汤,对照组31例常规处理,治疗3个月。观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后临床症状积分、肾功能变化情况。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为72.4%、41.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在改善临床症状积分以及肾功能等方面优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气活血通络汤治疗慢性肾功能不全具有较好疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction＂ in treating chronic renal insufficiency（CRI）. Methods Sixty subjects were randomly assigned into two groups： 29 cases in treatment group were treated with ＂Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction＂ and 31 cases in control group were treated with routine therapy, with a course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy, symptom scores and kidney function were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 72.4% in treatment group and 41.9% in control group, P〈 0.05. The clinical efficacy, symptom score and kidney function were improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ＂Yiqi Huoxue Tongluo Decoction＂ is quite effective in treating chronic renal insufficiency.
