摘要
本文论述了工程建设监理的概念，我国工程建设监理制度的建立过程以及有关工程建设监理的规定，并对我国工程建设监理制度中存在的问题进行了分析讨论。
This paper deals with the concept of construction supervision, the establishment process of construction supervi-sion system in our country and relevant stipulations. Finally, the existing problems of supervision system in ourcountry are identified and analysed.
