摘要
目的总结分析51例精神病人合并骨折的治疗体会。方法回顾分析我院1997年至2007年51例发生骨折的住院精神病人进行分析及相应处理。结果合并精神障碍组骨折病人骨折延迟愈合率和不愈合率远高于无合并症的骨折病人。合并精神障碍的骨折病人组外固定及普通内固定的效果不良率远高于无合并症的骨折病人组。结论我们认为精神病人合并骨折的治疗应选用坚强的内固定或选用坚固有效的外固定，适时进行功能锻炼，并在精神科医生协助下合理用药，配合心理疏导，避免不良的精神刺激，对成功治愈疾病、预防并发症至关重要。
Objective To analyse the treatment of 51 psychinosis patients complicating with bone fracture. Methods Discussed and analysed 51 cases of psychinosis complicating with bone fracture during 1997 -2007 in our hospital, retrospectively. Results The rate of bone fracture patient without other complications of late healed and disunion were lower than the patients complicating with dysphrenia. The fail rate of the group of bone fracture patient complic with dysphrenia external fixation and internal fixation were far higher than the group without complication. Conclusion We think that the therapy of psychinosis patient complicating with bone fracture must adopt the forcefulness internal fixation and robustness external fixation, at the fight moment to do functional exercise, rational administration by the psychosis doctor, combination with psychotherapy, avoid infaust irritation. All the above are important to treat the disease and prevent the complication success.
