摘要
在营造沙棘种植园时,目前普遍采用雌雄比为81或91,并把雄株均匀地搭配在雌株之间,这样的种植园不符合沙棘的自然分布特点,为生产与管理带来许多不便。为了探讨种植园建设的科学方法,本文采用载玻片采样的方法,在雌雄比为81的沙棘种植园中,对沙棘花粉飞散规律进行了研究。研究结果表明:沙棘花粉的散发有明显的昼夜节律和季节节律。花粉散发受风速、温度、湿度、气压的综合影响,降雨能加速花粉的沉降。在0~3m高度范围内,不同高度的花粉浓度差异不显著。通过对花粉传播距离的研究,建立了花粉浓度与花粉传播距离的回归模型,并对沙棘园的营造提出了新的见解。
As a seabuckthorn planting garden is constructed,it has been adoped generally that the proportion of male to female plants is 8∶1 or 9∶1 and male plants are well distributed among female plants nowadays.This laborious and timeconsuming procedure is not in accordance with natural distributive pattern.Gathering the pollen by slides,we have already carried out some experimental studies on the dispersal law of the seabuckthorn pollen with a view to probe into the reasonable method of constructing a planting garden.The results show that the spread of seabuckthorn pollen has obvious rhythm of day,night and seasons,and is affected synthetically by the speed of wind,temperature,humidity and atmospheric pressure,rain can speed up pollen to fall,the difference between pollen density and height is not significant within the measurable height.Based on the study on the spreading distance of pollen,the regressive model of its density and spreading distance has been established and some suggestions to construct artifical seabuckthorn garden have been raised.
