摘要
X-射线吸收精细结构(XAFS)是同步辐射应用的最重要技术之一,可以在分子水平上研究重金属在天然颗粒物、土壤、沉积物及生物等界面上吸附的微观结构,为深入阐明固相表面重金属结合机制提供实验证据.本文综述了应用XAFS技术探讨矿物、腐殖质、植物组织和微生物等对重金属吸附机理的主要研究进展,并对XAFS技术在多相体系对重金属的界面吸附、生物体对重金属的耐毒机理等方面的可能应用进行了展望,以期为环境重金属污染的修复和治理提供基础资料.
X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) is one of the most important techniques for synchrotron radiation, and it can be used to study the adsorption mechanisms of heavy metals and their microscopic structures on natural particles, soils, sediments and organisms at molecular level, providing experimental evidences for elucidating the binding mechanisms of heavy metals on solid surfaces. In this paper, the advances in the application of the XAFS in the studies on the adsorption mechanisms of heavy metals on minerals, humic substances, plant tissues and microorganisms are reviewed, and the potential applications of the XAFS in the studies on the interracial interaetions of heavy metals in heterogeneous systems and the mechanisms of biological tolerance to heavy metals were also discussed, so as to provide the fundamental data for the treatment and remediation of toxic metal- polluted environments.
