摘要
随着医学的进步,临床研究方法日益增多,临床试验设计愈加缜密,在一定程度上确保了临床研究结果的客观性和科学性,但是这些结果及由其产生的指南和共识对临床实践的实际指导意义有多大存在争议。兼具临床实践和临床研究之背景使作者深感有必要就两者的关系展开讨论,文章涉及4个方面。
The clinical research methods increased more and more as medicine itself developed. At a certain extent, all of these ensured that the results of clinical research were objective and scientific. But whether these results and resulting guidelines or consensus had more practical significance on clinical practice was still controversial. The Author engaged both in clinical practice and clinical research, strongly recognizing that it was necessary to discuss the relationship between clinical trials and clinical practice.
