摘要
为了解决小汽车变速箱齿轮种类多,尺寸小,外形复杂,手动无法进行内部缺陷超声检测的问题,研究开发了基于数控机床的齿轮超声自动检测技术.该技术采用了多入射面复合检测方法,即从齿顶面、内孔面及齿侧面3个轮廓面沿多个方向对齿轮进行检测,以检测出齿轮内部不同类型、形状以及大小的缺陷.检测系统由企业现有的数控机床作为机械扫描及控制子系统,只开发了超声检测和信号处理及自动判读子系统,大大降低了成本.
The manual ultrasonic testing method cannot realize inside defect inspection due to various types, complex shapes, small sizes of the gears in gear-box of cars. An automatic ultrasonic testing technology for gears based on CNC machine tool is researched. More incidence surfaces are adopted to inspect the defects of the gears with different types, different shapes and different sizes. Developed ultrasonic testing subsystem and signal processin&and automatic distinguishing subsystem, combining with the existing CNC machine tool, form the new testing system.
