三区振幅型与位相型超分辨光瞳滤波器的优化设计及比较

Optimization Design and Comparative Study of 3-Zone Amplitude-Type and 3-Zone Phase-Type Superresolution Filters

摘要 用MATLAB优化工具箱,采用分线性规划在假定斯特尔比一定时,分别对三区振幅型(透过率为1-0-1)和三区位相型(相位角为π-0-π)光瞳滤波器进行了优化设计,对横向、轴向及三维超分辨因子及光瞳函数的结构参数进行了比较.结果显示:无论是振幅型还是位相型滤波器,既能单独实现横向、轴向超分辨,又能实现三维的超分辨.且斯特尔比相同时,位相型优于振幅型;对于振幅型若单独考虑横向超分辨,则二区优于三区. At the special Strehl ratios, 3 - zone amplitude - type superresolution pupil filters ( 1 - 0 - 1 ) and 3 - zone phase - type superresolution filters ( π - 0 - π) are designed by nonlinear programming using MATLAB's optimization - toolbox. The optimization results are compared and analyzed. The results show that both the amplitude - type and the phase - type can realize transverse - only, axial - only and 3 - D supperresolution character. At the same Strehl ratios, amplitude - type resolution is better than phase - type resolution. To the transverse resolution ,2 - zone amplitude - type filter is better than 3 - zone filter.
