摘要
本文研究了几种催化剂对DHP(邻苯二甲酸二庚酯)合成的催化性能,实验表明自行合成的固体起强磁催化剂性能良好。本文讨论了以固体超强酸为催化剂时,反应条件如反应物调环与庚醇配比、催化剂用量、反应时间等对合成反应的影响,结果得出最挂反应条件:催化剂量0.6g;反应物配比(酸酐:庚醇)为100g:200g;反应时间为3小时;DHP产率可达95.5%。
In this paper,several methods of catalystic synthesis of DHP was studied. The solid Superacidwas Synthesized and used to Catalyze the DHP Synthesis. The influent Conditions ofreactants on the yield of estes,suchas the weight ratio of phthalic anhydirde to heptadiene,the amount of catalyst used,the reaction time,are investigated,the result shows that the appropriateconditions should be: Weight of catalyst:0.6g rammer,weight ratio of hpthalic anhydrideto heptadiene: 100g/200g;reaction time: 3 hours;The yield of DHP is about 95. 5 %.
