人类另一类新型的自然杀伤T细胞

摘要 自然杀伤T细胞(Natural killer T,NKT)是不同于自然杀伤细胞的另一类新型杀伤细胞,属于固有免疫细胞。该文就NKT细胞的概念、来源、分布、表面标志、活化途径及与临床疾病的关系做简要综述。
