摘要
在129只SD大鼠的实验中动态观察了山莨菪碱对甘油所致急性肾功能衰竭时不同时期的Bcr、BUN、pH、病理改变及死亡率的影响,结果表明:山莨菪碱能降低ARF第5.天大鼠死亡率以及Bcr、BUN水平,改善病理损害,对ARF起到预防及治疗效果。山莨菪碱的预防效果优于治疗效果,预防是ARF防治的关键,但山莨菪碱在治疗过程中可引起“冲刷综合征”导致洗脱性酸中毒,应引起注意。
Protective effect of anisodamine on acute renal failure (ARF) induced by glycerol has been studied dynamically in 129 SD rats. Creatinine, urea nitmgen, blood pH, kidney pathological change and mortality at 5th day were observed. The results indicated that anisodainine denned the level of plasma creatinine and urea nitrogen of rats; improveal the pathological lesion of kidney; decreased the motality of ARF rats on 5th day. It was concluded that anisodamine has a favorable effect in foe process Of treatment .The prevention is a key to the ARF induced by glycerol in rats, but it should be careful that severe acidosis will occur during the process of prevention and anisodamine treatment of ARF induced by glycerol due to 'wash symdrom'.
