子宫内膜异位症的血管生成与抗血管生成治疗 被引量：1

摘要 子宫内膜异位症发病机制不明。近年研究表明,新生血管形成是子宫内膜异位症发生发展的关键步骤,子宫内膜异位症患者体内某些血管生成因子活性增高或抑制因子活性降低,造成血管生成过度,促进异位内膜种植和生长。免疫系统、类固醇激素与血管生成有密切关联。目前子宫内膜异位症的治疗主要是传统的激素和手术治疗,具有较大不良反应及较高复发率,寻求新的治疗方法已成为研究热点,抗血管生成为治疗子宫内膜异位症开辟了新途径,值得进一步深入研究。
