摘要
六西格玛DMAIC模型是用于改进现有过程的结构化方法。文中介绍了六西格玛DMAIC模型各阶段的目的,总结了六西格玛改进阶段存在的弱点,提出了将约束理论(Theory of Constraints,TOC)中的冲突解决图表CRD(Canflict Resolution Diagram)和TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving)相结合应用于六西格玛的改进阶段以提高企业解决问题的能力,并给出了结合的方法和模型。应用一个实例验证了CRD与TRIZ结合方法的有效性。
Six sigma DMAIC model is a structuralized method used for improving the existing process. This paper introduced the aim of each stage of six sigma DMAIC model and summarized the existing weak points in the improvement stage of six sigma. It has been put forward that to let the CRD of TOC be combined with TRIZ and be applied to the improvement stage of six sigma so as to enhance the ability for enterprises to solve the problems, and the method of combination and model were presented. By applying a living example the effectiveness of the combination method of CRD with TRIZ was verified.
