摘要
在普通平板上对猪亚利桑那菌进行药敏试验,测知最敏感的抗菌药是头孢拉定。之后测得头孢拉定的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.125mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度(MBC)为0.25mg/mL。将猪亚利桑那菌菌液接种于浓度为MIC的头孢拉定药液,37℃培养24h后进行药敏试验,发现猪亚利桑那菌对先锋噻肟最敏感。猪亚利桑那菌存活率逐渐降低,24h时存活率为0。另外,提取猪亚利桑那菌质粒,研究其耐药性,发现猪亚利桑那菌质粒对很多抗菌药物有很强的抵抗力。
The sensitivity tests to swine Arizona were done. The results showed that Cefradine was most sensitive. The MIC and MBC of Cefradine were 0. 125 mg/mL and 0. 25 mg/mL respectively. Swine Arizona were then inoculated in Cefradine's MIC, and cultured under the condition of 37 ℃. After 24 h, drug sensitivity tests showed that Cefotaxime was most sensitive at this time. The results indicated that the survival of swine Arizona gradually dropped with time prolonged and when 24 h being 0. Moreover, the plasmids of swine Arizona were extracted for studying its drug sensitivity. The results showed that the plasmids of swine Arizona had great resistance to many antibiotics.
