摘要
目的探讨肝中叶严重损伤的处理方法。方法回顾性分析我院2004年5月～2008年3月收治的肝中叶外伤12例的临床资料。结果本组12例均急诊手术,除1例于术中死亡外,余者均成功获救。住院时间14～26d,平均18d,均痊愈出院。结论肝中叶严重损伤伤情复杂,应积极手术探查,选择合理的手术方式,可降低死亡率,减少并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the appropriate surgical strategy for the treatment of serious liver trauma in hepatic hilai area. Methods The clinical data of 12 cases of liver trauma in hepatic hilus areas in our hospital from May 2004 to March 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 12 cases underwent operations,and 1 case died during operation and the remaining recovered. The average hospital stay was 14-26 days（mean 18 days）. Conclusion It is complicated for the serious liver trauma in hepatic hilai area. Surgical intervention should be performed as soon as possible. To select the proper surgical method can decrease the incidence of mortality and complications.
