氟比洛芬酯用于术后病人静脉自控镇痛的效果 被引量:11

EFFICACY OF PATIENT-CONTROLLED INTRAVENOUS ANALGESIA FOR POSTOPERATIVE ANALGESIA USING FLURBIPROFEN AXETIL

摘要 目的:观察氟比洛芬酯用于术后病人静脉自控镇痛(PCA)的镇痛效果及不良反应。方法:90例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级全麻下行腹部手术的病人,在手术完毕后行病人静脉自控镇痛;随机分为三组(每组30例):氟比洛芬酯组(K组),芬太尼组(F组),氟比洛芬酯复合芬太尼(KF组)。在PCA开始后的3、6、12、24、48h采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)观察镇痛效果、用Ramsay法观察镇静效果、病人自控镇痛(PCA)的给药按压次数,及镇痛后不良反应及处理情况;镇痛后的病人满意度。记录观察数值,行统计学分析。结果:参与术后镇痛的三组病人都有较好的镇痛效果,但KF组的镇痛效果最好,VAS评分均小于K组和F组(P〈0.05),PCA的按压次数少于另外两组(P〈0.01),镇痛后满意度也好于另外两组,且镇痛后的不良反应最少(P〈0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬酯复合小剂量芬太尼行术后病人静脉自控镇痛(PCA)是安全可行的镇痛方法且不良反应小。 Objective: To investigate the effects and side reactions of patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCA) using flurbiprofen axetil. Methods: 90 ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱpatients undergoing abdominal surgery un- der general anesthesia were randomly divided into three groups (n = 30, each) :K group (Flurbiprofen ax- etil) ; F group (Fentanyl) ; KF group (flurbiprofen axetil combined with Fentanyl). After the patients received the PCA, efficacy of postoperative and hypnosis were assessed by visual analog scale (VAS) and Ramsay method at 3,6,12,24,48 h. The satisfaction of analgesia, the times of pushing button during the period of PCA and side reactions were also measured. Results: The patients in three groups all had got the satisfactory efficacy of postoperative analgesia. The VAS and pushing times were much less than those of other groups. The same as satisfaction of analgesia and side reactions. Results : Flurbiprofen axetil combined with Fentanyl in PCA was a safe method for analgesia and can effectively avoid the adverse effects.
