Parts-selection Method of Mechanical Products Based on Customer Customization

摘要 提出MC生产模式下面向客户定制的机械产品选配模型,该模型集关联图模型和产品层次装配模型于一体,并在模型中引入端口、规则、约束等数据对象,可以很好地表达产品所蕴涵的知识、关系及经验,运用该模型可以对零部件进行初步选择。提出一种基于离差最大化和CWGA算子相结合的不确定多属性群决策方法对初选后的零部件组合进行优化选择。给出了某内燃机曲柄连杆机构选配示例,对提出的选配方法进行了验证。 The parts-selection model of mechanical products for MC strategy was presented. The model integrated the relational diagram model and the hierarchical assembly model of product. Some data objects such as interfaces, rules and constraints have been introduced into the model. Using this model, the knowledge, relations and experiences of the product could be expressed conveniently, and the parts could be selected initially. An uncertain multiple attribute decision making method based on CWGA operator and maximizing deviation method was presented to optimize the parts selection. A case study was also presented to illuminate the proposed method.
