摘要 我们以超声三点定位法为基础设计研制了一套人体下肢关节点运动轨迹仪,用于测量分析人体行走过程中的下肢步态。本系统采用分时循环发射的超声脉冲作为被检测关节点的定位信号,以选频高增益放大器和时钟按需展宽技术对超声信号进行精确定位并消除反射波的干扰,使定位精度达0.15%。整套仪器以286微机控制信号采集及处理,并通过曲线拟合技术重建受试者下肢步态,可在屏幕上以多个视角直观形象地重现下肢步态的彩色棒图和各关节点的运动轨迹。在对人体行走步态的实测中本系统显示了数据采集处理速度快、受试者行走自然、重建的步态直观真实。 n ultrasonic gait analysis system (UGAS) was developed based on the ultrasonic spatial positioning method. A series of accurately timed ultrasonic pulses weretransmitted in timedivision style from the transducers fastened on the 4 joints of human leg and these pulses were used to continuously detect the actual positions of the joints, on which human gait could be reconstructed. High gain frequency selective amplifiers each with a central frequency equalling to that of the ultrasound significantly raised the signal noise ratio, and they were crucial in positioning the joints more accurately. An IBM compatible 286 personal computer was chosen to do the data processing and to control the data acquisition. The patients' gaits were reconstructed through the curve fitting technique based on the advanced BEZIER smoothing algorithm. Pseudocolored gait stickdiagram of a leg or graphic motion tracks of its 4 joints can be presented on the screen either in combination of a front view, a side view and a top view or any one of the three as selected by user. Practical measurement has demonstrated such features of our UGAS as the fastness of data acquisition and processing, the dearness and the faithfulness of the reconstructed gait, and the flexibility to view the patient's gait from different direction. The positioning accuracy of our UGAS is 0.15%.
