摘要
动态观察了缺锌对大鼠力竭性游泳前后股四头肌深层肌肌动蛋白、总RNA和α-肌动蛋白mRNA含量的影响·结果显示:与对照大鼠相比,力竭性游泳后12h,缺锌大鼠F-肌动蛋白及T-肌动蛋白含量明显较低;游泳前和游后12h,缺锌大鼠肌肉总RNA含量显著低下;游泳前和游后6h,α-肌动蛋白mRNA的含量亦明显较低。实验表明,锌缺乏可导致α-肌动蛋白的基因表达下降,并在转录和翻译过程中影响骨骼肌肌动蛋白的合成或合成速率。
The dynamic changes of concentrations of actin,total RNA,and α-actim mRNA in the rpofound muscularis of m.quadriceps femoris ofmale Sprague-Dawley rats with different zinc status were observed before and after an exhausted swimming.The results showed that F-actin and T-actin contents in the muscles of zinc-deficient rats 12 hours after the exhausted swimming,total RNA in the muscles of the rats before and 12 hours after the swimming,and α-actin mRNAin the muscles of the rats before and 6 hours after the swimming were sinnificantly lower than those of the controlled rats.This study suggested that zinc deficiency can cause a low α-actin gene expression which may influence adversely the synthetic speed of actin at transcription ahd translation processes in skeletal muscle.
