摘要
为了探讨扩张器对隐血管延长的可能性,选用健康杂种狗16只,应用组织扩张器对其隐血管进行约2周的常规扩张,并观察其隐血管长度、壁厚及直径的变化。结果:扩张后隐血管平均延长率为31.45％,最大延长率为100％,直径与壁厚未见明显变化,无血栓形成。认为应用常规扩张方法即低囊内压(5.33kPa)多间期注水对隐血管延长是安全而有效的。
In order to research the possibility of elongation of saphnons blood vessel with tissue expander, the saphnous arteries and veins
of 16 dogs were elongated with convertional expansion for about 2 weeks. The variety of the vessel wall thickness diameter and
elongation were measured. The results showed: after expansion, the mean rate of elongation of the vessels was 31. 45 percent, the
maximum rate of this was 100 percent. No difference in vessel wall thickness and diameter between the expanded and the controls.
No thrombosis occurred. Convertional expansion that was intervals, many injections by low-pressure (<5. 33kPa) were effective
and safe for expansion of saphnous blood vessels.
